As part of Summit 6, the 1st All-Ukrainian Conference Junior Future 2024 was held, which is on a separate floor of the location. This project was organized in cooperation with the Edup educational project (https://edup.org.ua). The event was held for applicants, graduates of vocational schools, production training masters, directors of specialized construction educational institutions. The purpose of the event is to popularize and increase the prestige of the construction profession. The event program featured TOP master builders: Volodymyr Volosko, Oleksandr Nikiforov, etc. All participants had the opportunity to complete a quest and talk to masters, foremen, and technologists of leading manufacturers.
Separately, a memorandum of cooperation was signed at the event between the Institute for Rehabilitation, Reintegration, and Professional Development of Veterans and the League of Masters, within the framework of which experts and specialists of the platform will be able to join the training of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Together with the team of the Institute for Reintegration, Rehabilitation, and Professional Development of Veterans, the “Architecture of Sustainability” of the Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, in the process of preparing for the summit, became the coordination center of an important initiative – the signing of a memorandum between the Veteran Cluster of Ukraine and the League of Masters, which took place within the framework of the event. The memorandum provides, in particular, for the creation of favorable conditions for the integration of veterans into professional life, which includes the organization of training programs, consulting support and assistance in their employment together with the KNUBA.
In total, the event was attended by 600+ craftsmen of all specialties, foremen, partners of manufacturers and suppliers. 35 companies took part in the event: Agromat, StarDesign, Ecosoft, Saint Gobain, Legrand, Polimin, Dnipro-M, Kreisel, Ajax, Heilei Ukraine and others.
How it was held:
Final of the Sika Tiler Championship: determining the best team of craftsmen among the winners of the qualifying stages of Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Odessa. The team from Kyiv won: Tilers – Kostianets Vasyl (k), Kuramshyn Dmytro, Ivanyuk Oleksandr.
Competition for the best electrician: within the framework of the Schneider Electric Cup. The winning team: ElectroMaster – Oleg Vakulenko, Anton Samsonenko, Yegor Pushkin.
Competition for the best plumber: within the framework of the Fado Cup. The winning team: Artsanteh – Serhiy Rey, Ivan Matviychuk, Dmytro Ryabchuk.
Networking: Speed dating and numerous opportunities for event participants to communicate with each other.
Gifts for all participants: the prize fund of the raffle from partners with products and certificates amounted to about 300,000 UAH.
Donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine: thanks to those present at the event, we managed to collect about 97,000 UAH.
